Why Should I Get Oatmeal Medium?
To make porridge
Add a cupful of oats to a pint of water in a saucepan and bring to a steady simmer for 10 minutes. Add milk and bring back to a simmer before serving with fruit, nut butter or honey to taste.
Oats will also nourish your body, providing a trove of carbohydrates and fibre, including the powerful fibre beta-Glucan as well as heaps of manganese, phosphorus and magnesium.
