Arnica is traditionally used topically for a wide range of conditions, including bruises, sprains, muscle aches, wound healing, superficial phlebitis, joint pain, inflammation from insect bites, and swelling from broken bones. More recent studies suggest it may also be helpful in the treatment of burns.

It should not be used on broken skin.

The gel absorbs well, providing optimal hydration, nourishment and skin care. It reduces visible redness and soothes the skin after tanning. Carefully selected ingredients help improve firmness, elasticity, smoothness and softness of the skin and make it radiant.

Directions
Apply a small amount of gel to the skin and rub in until it is absorbed.
