The Final Push is an award-winning blend of raspberry leaf tea and whole peppermint leaf. Raspberry leaf has traditionally been used to support reproductive health and specifically to prepare for labour and child birth. The NHS recommends you don't start drinking it until 32 weeks at the earliest. But at this point, drinking 3 cups a day has been linked in small scale research to reducing the second stage of labour and fewer interventions in birth. We blend with peppermint, as the perfect flavour balance to raspberry leaf, which is like a bitter green tea. The peppermint brings a refreshing brightness to the blend. Milk's Up breastfeeding tea is caffeine-free so your baby won't be affected. Fenugreek, fennel, anise, nettle, rosemary, lemon verbena combine to make a delicious tea to sip while feeding your baby. We don't recommend drinking before 37 weeks, but at this point you can drink 3 cups a day and combine with hand expressing milk to support your milk supply before your baby arrives.
