MONIN Green Mint Syrup captures both the colour and taste of mint like nothing else. MONIN Green Mint Syrup has an unmistakable dark green rich colour which is fantastic for colouring a wide variety of mixed drinks. Traditionally mixed with water or lemonade in French culture for generations. Along with this it is great in hot chocolates, frappes, cocktails and mocktails.
Ingredients
Amaretto syrup: Sugar, water, concentrated apricot juice, natural flavouring. Apricot juice: 11%.
Directions
Use 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe.
