Virgin hemp oil has outstanding nutritional qualities: it contains 16g of Omega 3 and 57g of Omega 6 per 100g. The oil is emerald green in colour, and its slightly spicy smell and its taste are pleasantly reminiscent of hazelnut oil. It will enhance your dressings for raw and cooked vegetables as well as fish fillets.
